Omega Phi Chi Multicultural Sorority welcomes Upsilon Chapter

September 17, 2015 (New Brunswick, NJ) — Omega Phi Chi Multicultural Sorority is pleased to announce Upsilon Chapter at Purdue University.
The National Board of Directors of Omega Phi Chi Multicultural Sorority, Incorporated welcomes our 20th chapter founded at Purdue University in Indiana. After hard work and perseverance, four women were initiated as the Founding Sister Class. The Founding Sister New Member Class includes: 1. Jordan "oACESISo" Davis (American (Black)/Dominican), 2. Jodie "In2ition" Cha (Korean), 3. Assem "x.D.A.E.x." Imangaliyeva (Kazakh), 4. Vanessa "C.A.S.C.A.D.E." Garcia (Mexican).
These four women of Upsilon Chapter are working to raise awareness of their chapter, to promote diversity and to plan and hold strong programming activities. Omega Phi Chi would like to thank the four founding sisters for their hard work; Sister Kathy Lopez, Nu Chapter Founding Sister, for educating the class; Natalia Tapia, National Director of Expansion; Omega Phi Chi's National Board of Directors for facilitating the process; Brittany Barns, Assistant Director of Fraternity, Sorority and Cooperative life at Purdue University and Dr. Zenephia Evans of the administration for assistance in expanding our organization.
New Sisters
Rho Chapter at California State University - Dominguez Hills also crossed three new sisters this summer. The National Board of Directors would like to welcome 1. Karla "LuC'idA" Carlos, 2. Adriana "P.R.A" Gamino and 3. Cynthia "ko3MI" Ibarra.
In case you missed it, Omega Phi Chi initated 14 sisters earlier this year: Sadia Sultana Ahmed “An'Sikhe” from Delta; Kairy “Xamena” Quinonez from Gamma; Alyssa “DeL'iXate” Rivera, Ashleigh “X.S.T.Y.L’N” Cantada, and Tatiana “ILL'ustriX” Amador from Theta; Giuliana “inVIC'dUe” Parisi from Mu; Devin “iClectrek” Carrick, Chanera “iNeurgetic” Philogene, and Jessica Alisha “iRidecent” Lewis from Alpha; Amanda Emily “DaVina” Bush from Epsilon; Michelle “MsKr3pTo” Seepersaud and Ashley “MsV4lenTo” Astwood from Omicron; and Quiana “PATR1” Stowe and Briana “2SÁGE” Alford from Sigma.
