Omega Phi Chi Multicultural Sorority Welcomes Two New Chapters

email@example.com November 29, 2016 (New Brunswick, NJ) – Omega Phi Chi Multicultural Sorority is pleased to announce the addition of two new chapters — Psi Chapter at Fairleigh Dickinson University - Florham and Alpha Alpha Chapter at Rutgers University Camden. Psi Chapter’s Founding Sister class includes: 1. Catryna "Akhāyin" Flores-Acosta (Columbian/Dominican/American), 2. Alanna "Dh2nù" McNamara (Irish/African American), 3. Yaneyris "Im3ñyo" Rodriguez (Dominican), 4. Zariel "Ya't4ur" Burch (Cuban/African American), and 5. Amber "A'z5me" Cordero (Puerto Rican/Russian). Alpha Alpha Chapter’s Founding Sister class includes: 1. Naciye "Tu1ipA" Cakir (Turkish), 2. Saidie "HibiScAS" Lopez (Puerto Rican), and 3. Nur Syazleena "OrchAd" Ghani (Singaporean/Malay). Omega Phi Chi would like to thank Natalia Tapia, Director of Expansion, for leading the organization into double letters. Her hard work over the last several years has been key to the successful expansion of the organization.
Omega Phi Chi would also like to thank the founding sisters for their hard work; New Member Educator and Assistant Educator for Alpha Alpha Chapter, Sorors Prima Ahamed and Krystal Burgess (Alpha Chapter Alumnae) and New Member Educator for Psi Chapter, Soror Petulia Pierre (Omicron Chapter Alumna) for educating the classes; Sam Waltemeyer, Coordinator of Fraternity & Sorority Affairs, Rutgers University- Camden; William Chalmers, Campus Life Coordinator of Greek Life and Housing Operations, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Florham Campus for assistance in expanding our organization and Omega Phi Chi’s National Board of Directors for facilitating the process.
