The Omega Weekend 2015 Conference Committee is proud to announce the guest speakers for this year's national conference.

Jale Banay | Delta Chapter Alumna

Jale Banay is currently a Product Manager CTI|Markit Solutions based in Boston, Mass., where she has been for the last 3 years.

Previously, Jale was at UBS Financial Services for over 12 years while completing her undergraduate degree in Business Administration, concentration in Accounting, from New Jersey City University, Gamma Chapter.

She has completed her Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Management Information System from Montclair State University, MU Chapter. Jale has recently moved to Manchester, NH and is enjoying the beginning of a new adventure.

Christina Garcia-Rosales & Ilyanna Gutierrez | Rho Chapter Alumnae

Rho Chapter Founding Sisters Christina Garcia-Rosales and Ilyanna Gutierrez were initiated into Omega Phi Chi in Summer 2012 at Cal State Dominguez Hills.

Since then, they have both obtained Bachelor's degrees from Cal State Dominguez Hills, and have remained active throughout the organization.

Christina serves as the California Regional Chair on the Alumnae Association and Ilyanna serves as the National Director of Recruitment on the National Board of Directors.
