Guidelines for Active Sisters Attending Sessions
-
If you are not an active sister, do not contact PNMs.
-
Purpose: Cultivate quality Omega Women.
-
Respect the PNMs throughout the process—be mindful and encouraging.
-
Do not cut off or disrespect any sister during sessions.
-
Encourage PNMs to respond to the sister who addressed them first, not necessarily the loudest or most noticeable.
-
Remember: The Educator is in charge of each session.
If you have any issues or concerns, please reach out to Membership@omegaphichi.org.
-
Reminder:
-
Chapters with intake – 8 hours/week for undergraduates
-
Chapters without intake – 4 hours/week for undergraduates
-
Support all chapters during the New Member Education Process, even if your chapter does not currently have PNMs.
-
Locations: If you are open to hosting sessions at your home, please contact Membership or the Educators immediately.
