For chapters participating in intake, be sure your chapter is on the same page, ready to welcome and prepare new sisters into not only the chapter but the organization!

Meet and maintain relations with your greek advisors on campus

Utilize your executive board. This makes for a great forum to discuss issues/obstacles within the chapter, as well as to delegate tasks amongst chapter officers.

Ensure that every member of the chapter has access to the chapter fines list

New Member Education Process:

If you would like to be an Educator for Fall 2025 please reach out to membership as soon as possible so we can get you matched with a Chapter who will be having Intake next semester.

For chapters having a class Fall 2025 application for Educators are due August 15th no later! There will be no extensions please let your chapters know.

Neo Workshop will be May 11th at 10am. A reminder will be sent out in April.
Calling all sisters to support with expansion efforts!!!
Saint Elizabeth University:

Fireside Chat event: Thursday, April 3rd at 7 PM
-
The event will be set up in a panel discussion style- one sister will be designated as a speaker. Questions will be provided in advance to prepare for the panel.

Tabling set up outside of the theater (set up starts at 6 pm)- we need a chapter to donate their table!

We have also been provided a campus map

Ramapo University (Eta Chapter):

2nd tabling event on Tuesday, April 8th, 1-3 PM- We are still in need of sisters and tabling.

Greek Carnival and Stroll for a Cause on Monday, April 14th. Carnival will be from 5:30-7:30 PM and immediately following Stroll for a Cause from 7:30 PM-8:30 PM. Ramapo needs confirmed attendance for Stroll for a Cause by March 31st!!!

Soiree Informational- Wednesday, April 23rd at 7 PM. We are still in need of more sister support. Gamma Chapter has donated their table for the evening (thank you!)
