•   Leverage Seasonal Themes – Create content around Back to School, Hispanic Heritage Month, and fall trends to boost engagement and relevance.

• Use Interactive Content – Polls, Q&As, and user-generated content help increase interaction and keep your audience engaged.

Membership: Important Reminders When Attending Sessions:

• Purpose: Cultivate strong, quality Omega women.

• Respect: Always show respect to Prospective New Members (PNMs) and the integrity of the process.

• Communication: Do not interrupt or speak over other sisters during sessions.

• Focus: Encourage PNMs to respond to the sister who first addressed them, not necessarily the one who is the loudest or most assertive.

• Leadership: The Educator leads the session — their direction should be followed at all times.

• Make a habit out of going to office hours and doing ongoing review so you aren't cramming concepts at the end of the semester.​

• Reminder: The GPA for the Fall 2025 has been rolled back to a 2.5, however, please remember that this is not the goal!
