President
Reminders for End of Semester Evaluation
1. Fill out during a chapter meeting so you have the most accurate information
2. Upload your transcripts to avoid issues with being made an inactive chapter. If you don't have your transcripts by this time, email archivist@omegaphichi.org ASAP to avoid fines
3. This evaluation is used to determine sisterhood awards, so please include as much information as possible.
4. Incomplete evaluations will require a re-submission and a fine.
Vice President
Vice Presidents should ensure that the community service hours on the End of Semester Evaluations match what has been submitted in previous reports. If the hours do not match, NBOD will defer to the hours in the monthly reports.
Treasury
Reminder: Sisters cannot use personal accounts to collect money for fundraisers.

Recruitment
1. Check the Onyx Access Recruitment folder for more info, checklists, and templates you may need.
2. Invite your interests when you hang out on campus or attend events at other chapters!
3. If communicating with Lynx gets overwhelming don't be afraid to bring in other chapter sisters! Recruitment efforts are lead by DOR but are the responsibility of the entire chapter.

- Start looking early for flights so you can buy the cheapest tickets
- Sign up for memberships with airlines to help with deals on tickets
- Start saving money up now. The earlier you start, the more money you will have put away
- Bring clothes for warm weather, it will be HOT!
