Position Tips and Tricks

President

  1. Review the semester evaluation at each chapter meeting to ensure the chapter is on track to meeting the goals

  2. Attend monthly meetings with your Greek advisor to see if there are any women looking for an organization or any general suggestions for chapter growth

Recruitment

1. Build a relationship with Alumni sisters! More often than not, they would be happy to come out and help support events and soirees, and it's good for interests to see that our alumnae are active in our organization.

2. Build relationships with non-Greek organizations. Co-sponsorships are an easy way to gain exposure and reach potential new interests.

3. Get involved! Being part of other non-Greek organizations is a great way to show face on campus. It helps you beef up your resume and gives us more exposure.
