• TIP: Edit meeting minutes immediately following meetings so that revisions are fresh in your mind.​

Membership

• If you would like to be Educator for Sp25 please reach out to membership so we can get you matched with a chapter who will be having a pledge class next semester. 

• For chapters having a class, the Spring 25 application for Educators is due January 15th, no later! There will be no extensions please let your chapters know. 
   

Archivist

• REMINDER: *Any sister that may have issues meeting the GPA requirement are advised to reach out to me before the end of the month. 

• DOs & DON’Ts for Submitting Transcripts

  • DO communicate if your transcripts will be delayed for any reason as soon as possible 
    (i.e. financial issues, possible grade changes, delayed grading, summer classes, etc)

  • DO submit clear and legible transcripts 

  • DON’T forget to submit your transcripts if you are currently inactive and plan to be active for the upcoming semester 

  • DON’T wait until the due date passes to reach out if your transcripts are delayed

  • DON’T submit transcripts for multiple sisters in one email without having them labelled and organized
