Omega Weekend 2015: Keynote Speaker Announcement

Founding Sister Natalia Tapia was initiated in Fall 1997 from Zeta Chapter, The College of New Jersey. As a member for almost two decades, she has built a strong rapport with Sorors spanning across alumnae, prophytes and neophytes. Her commitment to our organization is reflective through her long-term involvement within the National Executive Board as well as her dedication as an advisory resource for chapters and individual members. Her ultimate passion lies in providing leadership and development opportunities to up-and-coming leaders within Omega Phi Chi Multicultural Sorority. This will be Natalia's second keynote address for Omega Weekend, and she looks forward to another opportunity to encourage, engage and motivate our sisterhood through her comedic expression and #realtalk.
