from Jersey City, New Jersey, Stephanie Chang, of Filipina and Chinese
descent, welcomed the warmth she felt in being able to call someone
her sister. In addition to being surrounded by many sisters with which
she has forged lasting friendships, Stephanie welcomed the opportunity
to build upon her organizational , and public speaking skills. Taking
advantage of the multiple opportunities the sorority offered to build
a public presence, Stephanie has taken various leadership roles, notably
traveling and performing with the Omega Phi Chi step team. Stephanie
also has translated the people skills she fine tuned as part of the
Omega Phi Chi team, to her current profession in Human Resources at
UBS Paine Webber.

Chang graduated from Rutgers University as an Economics major with a
minor in Asian Studies.
