In addition to organizational and leadership skills building, Omega Phi Chi instills in each sister a commitment to high academic standards. As a result of our emphasis on academics that is implemented by: providing scholarships; holding study sessions; tutoring; and counseling; we have amongst our ranks; scholars, honor society members, high honor graduates, graduate and doctoral students as well as doctors, lawyers and business executives.
