Our sisterhood cultivates leaders backed by the support of an entire organization of women committed to making sure we each have a voice and place at the table in a society where women and minorities continue to be underrepresented across all fields. While undergraduate sisters are provided with support and encouragement during their college years, they are welcomed into a network of professionals upon graduation, willing to mentor and offer guidance as they move into the real world.
