Involvement in Community Affairs
A core value of Omega Phi Chi is to instill a deep commitment to volunteerism, philanthropy, and community. As a multicultural sorority, comprised of a diverse sisterhood, we make serious efforts to reach across many groups within the community and understand the distinctiveness of needs across a varied society. We work with local organizations on our respective campuses and schools in the surrounding towns or cities to establish an ongoing relationship of service.

Awards for Volunteer Excellence
Omega Phi Chi has won awards for the numbers of hours sisters have dedicated to volunteering within the community. For our sisterhood, volunteerism is not just a duty, but a way to learn about others and build a bridge of understanding. Sisters hope to be a part of instituting sustainable ways to improve conditions within society. From sister to sister, we pass on a tradition of giving amongst each other and on to others. It is a tradition that lives on as a lifelong commitment as does the Omega Phi Chi sisterhood.
